Bread, again.

This ones easy, but always a favorite, and currently in my oven.

Beer/Stout Bread

Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour (if you only have all-purpose white/whole wheat add 1 1/4 tsp baking powder per cup of flour)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 c. molasses
(i used 1/8 cup brown sugar 1/8 molasses in this one)
pinch of salt
12 oz. stout or beer of your choice (still going through the HARPOON Winter Warmer in my fridge)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the molasses and beer. If making in a large loaf pan bake for 40-50 minutes, 20 minutes or so for muffins or small loaves.
Then enjoy :)

I may or may not be making some deliveries this weekend ;)

peace & love,
Kell
