I stand a lot at work = running takes a toll sometimes = i need to start lifting again.
This mornings workout was probably one of the most heart-rate pumping ones I've had this month. Felt like a million bucks after, and I'm not kidding.
Leg & Chest Lift Day:
(alternating exercises in each superset)
Superset 1
12 reps 3x Front & Back Lunges each w/ dumbells
15 pushups, 10 tri-pushups
Superset 2
12 reps 3x Leg Press
10 reps 3x Calf raise on leg press (3-way)
Superset 3
12 reps 3x Chest Press
12 reps 3x Seated Leg Extension
12 reps 3x Chest Fly
12 reps 3x Seated Leg curl
Superset 4
12 reps 3x Deadlift with bar
15 reps 3x Burpees - KILLER. haven't done these since fall ball soph year college
finished with 5 min intervals on the bike and 15 min arc trainer.
we'll see how I handle walking tomorrow.
p.s. boo for rain. DJ thursday may be cancelled this week. bummer.
